Client Care & Policies
For New clients:
We welcome you wholeheartedly to the clinic and family here at Thrive Healthcare. Please spend some time meandering around the website to get a feel for what we have to offer. We encourage you contact us with any questions you may have and welcome your feedback as valued members of our community.
If you are booking online, look out for your confirmation email that will provide all of the essential details for your appointment.
It is always of benefit to you and us if you arrive a little earlier than your appointment time. We do our best to run to time. We strive to have you feeling welcome and cared for.
You are able to claim on the day with your health fund via our HICAPS terminal.
We encourage EFTPOS transactions for payment of the gap. Full payment of your consultation fee is due on the day of service.
We accept Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan and DVA referrals on a case by case basis.
For returning clients:
Thank you for being a valued member of the community at Thrive Healthcare. Please don’t hesitate to flick us a note or voice any feedback, ideas or concerns you have for us or yourselves.
We love to be able to nurture you and feel connected to your needs and values.
See you soon!
It is of benefit to all of us if you can let us know if you are unable to make your appointment as soon as possible. We understand circumstances are always changing and we are more than happy to cancel and or reschedule your appointment. You can do so via the link in your appointment confirmation/reminder emails or by giving the clinic a call on (08) 8431 1690.
We would love if you gave us 24 hours notice. We also love to avoid charging a late cancellation fee. Plenty of notice ensures this. Please be mindful that late cancellation or failure to advise us when you are unable to attend, means that another person who may have benefited greatly from the appointment may be missing out.
For legal and comprehensive record purposes we encourage you to provide all relevant health and medical information. This will assist us in being able to offer you the best care possible. It is important for your own safety and health that we know the medical considerations you may have. As the whole of you is relevant, so often is your medical history. Please bring along with you these details, any referral letters and diagnostic information and reports you feel will help us help you.
All of your contact details and medical records are kept strictly confidential and secure. If you have any questions or concerns about our processes and legal requirements, please let us know promptly. We also respect your right to keep your information private and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Your personal details help us to contact you about your appointments, referrals to your other health care practitioners and to ensure a comprehensive record of your contact with us. We will not make contact with any other professional unless you agree. We may also like to keep you up to date with what we are up to at Thrive via email or post.
